CRE Dealboard started because deal flow in commercial real estate is still trapped in email. Brokers send teasers, investors forward them to each other, and the best opportunities surface through networks rather than merit. We thought there should be a public place where every deal gets the same shot at attention.

The site is free and we intend to keep it that way. We will never gate access behind a login wall, sell your data, or put deals behind a paywall. If you can reach the URL, you can see the deal.
